The THOR Kitchen XRD36ELP is a 36-inch professional dual-fuel range that blends powerful cooking performance with premium, user-friendly design. It features Italian brass burners that deliver up to 22,000 BTU for rapid boiling and precise simmering, continuous cast-iron grates for stability and durability, and blue LED illuminated knobs for modern style and safety. The spacious 6.0 cu ft oven includes true convection, multiple cooking modes (such as Bake, Roast, Broil, Air Fry, Proof, and Warm), dual LUXARA telescopic racks, and a soft-close door for effortless operation. Thoughtful extras like tilt panel touch controls, built-in casters with leveling legs, automatic re-ignition, and included accessories (broiler pan, air fry basket, meat probe) make everyday cooking and cleanup easier.
Shipment processing time:
Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Usually, that doesn't include weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Standard Freight Shipping:Β Β Β Β
Our standard shipping option includes delivery of the order to the first flat dry area.Β This doesn't include delivery of the order inside the dwelling.
In-Home Delivery + Room Of Choice:Β
Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes:
www.americabestappliances.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages:
Contact us for any damages, and please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
