The cooktop is equipped with eight sealed dual-ring brass burners delivering a total of 160,000 BTU, offering precise control for everything from high-heat searing to gentle simmering. Heavy-duty continuous cast iron grates keep cookware stable and allow smooth movement across the recessed enamel cooking surface, which helps contain spills for quick cleanup. The double electric ovens provide a combined 6.58 cu. ft. capacity with 9,700 watts of cooking power. Both interiors are finished in durable speckled blue enamel with triple-layer glass oven doors, while the right oven features a true convection fan for fast and even results.
