DESCRIPTION

Summit brings endless possibility to small kitchen spaces with one of the industry's only 24 inch wall ovens designed to work with 110-120V connections.

Made in North America, the SEW24115 is a 115V electric wall oven designed for built-in installation in 23 3/16" H x 22 3/16" W x 25" D cutouts. Brushed stainless steel trim and a black glass window and control panel create a modern look, with a professional handle for added style. This unit requires professional installation and a dedicated 20 amp circuit. The user-friendly design allows use in ADA compliant kitchens if the unit is installed in compliance with ADA guidelines.

The generous 2.7 cu.ft. interior offers plenty of capacity for cooking family meals, with two heavy duty gliding racks with safety brakes that can be adjusted to five different positions to best accommodate a range of sizes. We include a two-piece broiler tray with lid for added convenience, as well as a meat probe that can be plugged into the oven and programmed and monitored through the oven's own control panel. A steam clean function offers a more efficient, safer method of keeping the porcelain interior clean over traditional self-cleaning settings.

The SEW24115 offers a range of heating functions to cover virtually all of your cooking needs. The digital control panel is easy to program, with specialty settings for baking, broiling, convection baking, and convection roasting. The proofing setting is perfect for using lower heat to activate yeast when making bread. Touch controls let you set the time and heat levels as you need. An audible timer sounds to alert when your program is finished. Safety features include an automatic shutdown (12 hours for bake function, 3 for broil), which can be disabled if needed. Additional programming options allow you to set a child lock or control lockout. There is also a Sabbath mode that can be used with the baking and roasting functions.

All controls are shown in English and Spanish. Temperature is set to Fahrenheit but can be displayed in Celsius in a few simple steps. This unit includes a digital display of the time (standard 12-hour or military 24-hour), oven temperature, and which mode the oven is in. The display can be blacked out if you prefer to disable all lighting.
