Pizza Function
Suitable for baking pizza, but also for bread and focaccia. The main source of heat is the lower heating element which, with the help of the other underpowered heating elements, creates an ideal situation for this type of cooking.
Intensive Cooking
It assures quick and intensive cooking with steam discharge. It is recommended to obtain a crispy result: baked potatoes and vegetables, chicken, salt crusted fish, etc.
Moist Intensive Cooking
It assures quick and intensive cooking with steam block. It is recommended for moist cooking: chicken cacciatore, braised meat, stewed rabbit, salt cod, etc.
Grill Cooking with Closed Door
Recommended function for quick and deep grilling, browning and roasting meat in general, fillet, Florentine steak, fish and even vegetables.
Moist Cooking from Above
Ideal for browning and to add the final touch of color to many foods, while leaving them tender.
Moist Cooking from Below
This is the most suitable cooking method to complete the cooking cycle, while maintaining the right level of moistness.

Defrosting
Assures quick defrosting of all frozen food in general, which is quickly brought to room temperature, without altering its taste and appearance.
Quick Start
The quick oven preheating function allows it to reach the desired temperature in a short time and you can then choose the best suited cooking mode for the dish. It also works as quick defrosting when a low temperature is set (85°F – 105°F).
Fan Grill Cooking
Particularly fast and deep, with significant energy savings, this function is suitable for many foods, such as: pork chop, sausages, pork or mixed kebabs, game, Roman-style gnocchi, etc.
Cooking from Above
Particularly suitable for browning and adding the final touch of color to many foods; it is the recommended function for burgers, pork chops, veal steaks, sole, cuttlefish, etc.
Cooking from Below
This is the most suitable cooking method to complete the cooking cycle, especially pastries (biscuits, meringues, leavened desserts, fruit desserts, etc.).
Static Normal Cooking
This is the classic function of the electric oven, particularly suitable for cooking the following foods: pork chop, sausages, salt cod, braised meat, game, roast veal, meringues and biscuits, baked fruit, etc.
Multiple Fan Cooking
This is the function that allows different dishes to be cooked simultaneously without the smells mixing. Lasagna, croissants and brioches, tarts, cakes, etc. can be baked, thereby saving time and electricity.
ECO Cooking
This is the function that allows you to cook with significant savings on electricity consumption. With the ECO function, cooking times adapt to slow roasting, such as: braised meats, white meats, baked pasta, delicate pastries. This cooking cycle is not recommended for frozen foods.

Common cookware sizes that work well with ILVE induction cooktops include 8-inch and 10-inch pans and 3-quart saucepans.
▼ How do I reset my oven thermostat?

▼ Can this range be placed directly against the back wall, or does it require space for the gas and electrical connections?
Refer to the manual for exact spacing and connection requirements, including Majestic II (pg. 9), Panoramagic (pg. 13), Nostalgie II (pg. 12), and Professional Plus (pg. 12).

Please note that ILVE induction ranges need between 47.5 to 74 amp 240V service . Because the induction units are all electric, they may require an upgrade in electrical service to the wiring that will connect your new induction range.

▼ Can the oven be set in 5 degree increments?
On ILVE Majestic and Panoramagic models operate differently. These ranges use the TFT digital display, which allows you to set the oven temperature in precise 5-degree increments.
▼ Do the Nostalgie and Professional Plus models offer a 12-hour clock option, or only a 24-hour format?

In contrast, the Majestic and Panoramagic models are equipped with a digital temperature readout, allowing you to monitor the oven temperature throughout the cooking cycle.
▼ Is this model equipped with a meat probe?
Yes. All ILVE range series are equipped with a meat probe.
Below are the steps for setting up the meat probe on Majestic II models:
- Ensure the oven is completely cool and turned OFF.
- Locate the probe socket in the top-left corner of the oven cavity. Open the protective cap and insert the meat probe.
- Once connected, the display will show “ON”, confirming the probe is properly detected.
- Tap the left display box with the probe icon, then tap it again to select the desired cooking mode.
- Press the Oven Menu to choose the cooking function and heat direction.
- Return to the main screen to set both the oven temperature and the probe target temperature.

▼ Can I use the oven without the convection fan?
Yes. ILVE ovens can be used without the convection fan. Traditional cooking modes such as Conventional Oven, Browning, and Slow Cooking operate without convection, making them ideal for recipes that do not require air circulation.

Please note that ILVE induction ranges need between 47.5 to 74 amp 240V service . Because the induction units are all electric, they may require an upgrade in electrical service to the wiring that will connect your new induction range.

▼ Can the oven be set in 5 degree increments?
On ILVE Majestic and Panoramagic models operate differently. These ranges use the TFT digital display, which allows you to set the oven temperature in precise 5-degree increments.
▼ Do the Nostalgie and Professional Plus models offer a 12-hour clock option, or only a 24-hour format?

In contrast, the Majestic and Panoramagic models are equipped with a digital temperature readout, allowing you to monitor the oven temperature throughout the cooking cycle.
▼ Is this model equipped with a meat probe?
Yes. All ILVE range series are equipped with a meat probe.
Below are the steps for setting up the meat probe on Majestic II models:
- Ensure the oven is completely cool and turned OFF.
- Locate the probe socket in the top-left corner of the oven cavity. Open the protective cap and insert the meat probe.
- Once connected, the display will show “ON”, confirming the probe is properly detected.
- Tap the left display box with the probe icon, then tap it again to select the desired cooking mode.
- Press the Oven Menu to choose the cooking function and heat direction.
- Return to the main screen to set both the oven temperature and the probe target temperature.

▼ Can I use the oven without the convection fan?
Yes. ILVE ovens can be used without the convection fan. Traditional cooking modes such as Conventional Oven, Browning, and Slow Cooking operate without convection, making them ideal for recipes that do not require air circulation.

Most orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Usually, that doesn't include weekends and holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Standard Freight Shipping:
Our standard shipping option includes delivery of the order to the first flat dry area. This doesn't include delivery of the order inside the dwelling.
In-Home Delivery + Room Of Choice:
Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
