Fully formed ice is released into the unit's storage bin, which can hold 26 pounds of ice, and to prevent overfilling, it has an automatic shut-off and restart feature. To complement existing cabinetry in residential spaces, its front can be customized with wood paneling (sold separately). The door is field reversable, meaning it can be attached on the left or right side of the unit to accommodate different setups. So users can drain the unit as needed, it features a gravity drain, which propels waste water directly into a connected floor drain.
