The Spacer Kit is only required if you do not have enough wall depth to fully recess the fireplace. If you plan to fully recess the fireplace and have sufficient wall depth, you do not need to purchase the Spacer Kit.
Is there a remote control available with this product
Yes, a remote control is included with the Elite Pro fireplace.
Does the TS logo and onscreen control buttons stay on when the fireplace is on?
The Touchstone logo can be removed from the glass panel. The on-screen control buttons turn off when not in use. The red power button remains visible but dims when the other controls turn off.
