What would spacer be used or needed for?
The Sideline Elite Pro Spacer Kit is designed for installing the Elite Pro fireplace in a 2 x 4 framed wall without expanding the wall depth. It allows for a partially recessed installation while providing a finished look.
What media does it come with?
The Sideline Elite Pro comes with black painted crushed glass crystals and enhanced driftwood ember bed media.
Do you have one with logs that glow?
The Elite Pro includes enhanced driftwood with some transparency, which creates a subtle glowing effect from the ember lighting.
If you prefer a more pronounced glowing-log look, consider the Sideline Elite, which features a faux log set that extends the full length of the ember bed.

Shipment processing time:

Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
