The Univex 1000M Signature Series™ manual slicer is constructed of aluminum for heavy use. Its 13-inch knife blade slices meats and cheeses effortlessly and adjusts in thickness from 0 to 7⁄8 inches. When the blade dulls, a built-in sharpener enables the user to quickly ready it for slicing through product again. An edge guard protects users from the blade. The Univex 1000M manual slicer starts with an on/off push button.
Ideal for delis, sandwich shops, and grocery stores needing consistent, precise slicing of meats and cheeses.

In-Home Delivery + Room Of Choice:
Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
