Driven by a belt, this Univex Premium™ 1000S automatic slicer is a heavy-duty machine with three carriage speeds and three stroke lengths in the automatic mode to slice meats and cheeses. The 13-inch-diameter blade slices products in varying thickness as large as 7⁄8 inch. To keep track of amount sliced, the unit has a built-in slice counter.
Constructed of sanitary, anodized aluminum, the Univex 1000S slicer has a built-in lever that helps with cleaning underneath. The carriage can be efficiently disassembled and tilted back to facilitate cleaning, and the blade is not exposed during cleaning. To keep the blade sharp, the remote sharpener mounts in minutes.
Ideal for delis, sandwich shops, and grocery stores needing consistent, precise slicing of meats and cheeses.

Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
