The Univex 8713M manual slicer has a hollow-ground, 13-inch blade that is protected by an edge guard. To support different applications, the manual slice thickness knob adjusts the unit's cuts from 0 to 7⁄8 inch. Its sanitary polished aluminum construction and ergonomic design facilitates operation and cleanup. A drip tray fence redirects liquids away from the controls and the operator toward a concaved base, while 3-inch legs provide plenty of room under the slicer for a smooth surface that can be wiped clean.
Ideal for delis, sandwich shops, and grocery stores needing consistent, precise slicing of meats and cheeses.
