The Univex MT975 meat tenderizer features a wide 9 3⁄4-inch by 1 1⁄4-inch feed opening for loading product. As a countertop model, it takes up minimal space, measuring 13 1⁄2 inches wide by 18 inches deep by 19 1⁄2 inches high. This unit is equipped with a tenderizer blade to enhance the texture and tenderness of meats, and for strip cutting, an attachment must be purchased separately. The IP67 controls are mounted to the front of the machine and resist water and dust to prevent damage.
For safe operation, the Univex MT975 countertop meat tenderizer includes a transparent safety cover that is interlocked to shut off automatically when it's removed. To facilitate thorough sanitation, the cradle assembly is easily removable. With a stainless steel construction, this unit is durable for high-volume use and won't rust, corrode, or warp over time.

Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
