Using a 1-horsepower, ball-bearing motor, the Univex PM91-PK3 Prep-Mate™ food processor runs at 250 revolutions per minute. It features a 1-inch-wide, poly-V belt system and a 3⁄16-inch shred plate. The drive is enclosed within powder-coated steel housing, and the power base drives accessories that are made for No. 12 power take-off hub. To prevent unauthorized operation, the on/off switch features a removable operator key. Ideal for slicing carrots and lettuce, a VS9 vegetable slicer attachment is included and comes with housing and an adjustable S knife assembly.
Great for restaurants, catering kitchens, and prep facilities needing to quickly chop, slice, puree, or shred large quantities of ingredients efficiently.

Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
