Compact to fit atop counters and prep tables, the Univex VP40N21 vacuum packaging machine has a 15 3⁄4-inch seal bar that can be removed for improved cleaning and maintenance. It's made of 304 stainless steel to ensure it can endure extended use in a high-volume location, such as a restaurant, coffee shop, or butcher shop. With eight programmable settings, this unit enables users to quickly switch between products on the fly, and its built-in indicator light tells users when the oil needs to be changed.
With a clear lid made of thick plexiglass, the Univex VP40N21 vacuum packaging machine reveals product as it's packaged. It features an electronic control system and has oil preheating and cleaning cycles for ease of operation. With an internal chamber that measures 16.9 inches by 16.1 inches and a 24 mc/h vacuum pump, this machine can preserve large batches of prepped meat and vegetables.

Our in home delivery option includes delivery of the order to the customers room of choice (Including up to 2 flights of stairs). This option does not include unpacking or installation of the appliance or appliances.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 72 hours.
